I didn't order my car with the Tech package (I'm getting EDC as a separate option). I hope I don't miss the M:drive button...

I know the M button allows you to save your favorite settings (no big deal).

Does it also change the steering feel/ratio? One or the Motor Trend videos refers to it but I haven't read or seen anything else about that.

Anyone have more information?

You won't be able to change the steering feel/servotronic.

This one I am not sure of but the other possibility is access to sport plus throttle setting. My understanding is the power button provides you with a choice between normal and sport settings similar to E46 M3 and E39 M5. Perhaps guys who own E92 M3 can answer this one. Will you have access to sport plus setting without the technology package/M-drive? If this is similar to E60 M5 (500 hp sport setting) then you won't have that choice.
