i didnt drive it because its too wet out to really do much...but ill be back soon when its wet to really beat the piss out of both the coupe and sedan.

i liked the car a lot...the coupe was better looking but the sedan was nice too...

the seats were great, huge improvement over the e46's wide seats that i was always sliding around in.
the shifter was a huge improvement too, like they actually put some effort into this one, comparably.
the engine, eh, too quiet, needs to be at least 5 times louder.
wheels, both the 18s and 19s are horrific, you couldnt pay me to take either set thats how bad the look,
the cf leather trim, very chintzy looking.

the front and rear did look soooo much better in the flesh...i have officially forgotten about the e46, its old news...i am prob going to wait 12-18 months so that they can work out the several problems that are prob going to be inevitable...but yes, ill def have one soon. cheers.

just like most people, i dont like change, and that started with the 335...after driving a 335 and more, i realized the e9X chasis is far superior to the e46 chasis, and that the 335>e46 m3 IMO...so i thought, what does this say about the m3 if the 335 is better than the prev generation m3? and i will find out in the test drive soon.

That's usually how it goes... previous generation owners are usually pretty resistant to admitting the new generation is better, but it almost always is. You see it on these BMW forums all the time.
