i got scammed by bimmer7821 for $1300, and it has been 3 months and he has not return my call or anything, and now who ever bought stuff from him, please contact me and let me know his information, anything is fine, this will be for the police report that i will be filing. and your help is greatly appreciated!!!

police report wont help you. they are super slow. if you have his correct info,
such as name and address, ask your local small claim court, if you are in the
same state, they might take your case.
sent him a formal letter, tell him you wonld sue him if he doesnt refund you.
if you sue him, he would have to come over and deal with it. most likely he would
lose, therefore, he will have to pay for your legal fee.

sorry to hear it. I recently got screwed by a guy on the M5board, but for a lot less money than you. Also for those that think Paypal will protect you please be aware that they will do very little to help you for any purchase that was not done on ebay.. like buying something through this forum. I will not deal with any individuals anymore unless it's someone local.
