Putting my car up for sale, or at least seeing if there is interest in it. As many of you know LeMans Blue is vary rare and is a BMW individual color. IMO its the best color ever available for the E46 ///M and it took me two years to find one for sale and I flew 1800 miles to buy it.

2004 ///M3 SMG LeMans Blue on Black Nappa.
13,000 miles
Still under factory warranty/maint. till december 07
Premium Package
Cold Weather
Navigation
Bluetooth
Rear sunshade
Homelink
etc.
It has every available option for 2004 ...

Mods are as follows-
OEM CSL wheels 8.5x19 front, 9.5x19 rear
StopTech 14" BBK front and rear
V-CSL Decklid
Dinan Strut Tower Brace
Icelink plus I-pod integration
Clear Bra

Car has been extremely well taken care of. Body and interior are in near perfect condition. The only things that keep it from being perfect is very minor wear on the drivers seat (no more than normal for 13k) and one very small stone chip behind the passenger door. Never seen snow and is garage kept. It is still parked for the winter right now, but the roads are getting cleaner now. The CSL wheels go with the car if it is purchased stock or with mods because I have no stock wheels. If someone is serious about buying it, I could get it out. Tires are about 30-40% Thanks for looking:thumbsup: PM me if you are interested. or email- edutil0918@adelphia.net

KBB retail=$48,000
Price with mods-$49,200 and will include stock parts.
Price if i parted it out and was purchased stock-$45,000
You can pm reasonable offers.

Sorry but the best pics i took were from last fall in the sun. so i included a couple of those to show what it looks like on a sunny day. BTW my camara sucks or i am a bad photographer:thumbsup:

Thanks M3 Dust, I wish i didnt have to sell it. but there is a house I want to buy and the bank is complaining about my debt to income ratio. I own two houses already and I rent one of them out. Unfortunatly I cant count the rent as income because I have not been renting it for a full year yet. I guess I wont be too sad if it doesnt sell because I love the car, but I want to try and set myself up for some good income later in life. So I will buy the house and then maybe A E92 ///M3 next spring Maybe:thumbsup:

Bump for an absolutely hot Individual ///M.

This is the exact car I would order/look to get if I didn't already have one.

Good luck with the sale. I wish I was in a position to buy it from you.

Absolutely stunning car... But just curious how you got to the KBB of $48+? KBB dealer retail for your car, year, mileage and options is 47k. Private party is well below that. :clueless:

Book Retail-(dealer Retail) It has actually gone down to 48k even now....Figures:banghead:

Maybe the zip code makes the difference????

Chris, Private party value is only around $43,300. But KBB does not account for the fact that this car is an individual car with OEM CSL wheels on it. And I am sure you know what those wheels cost.

Look, I wasn't trying to rain on your parade buddy at all. However, my post was correct. You're stating retail value! That is the price you can expect to pay for this car if purchased at a dealer!! Private party value is what is relevant here. Sure, OEM CSL wheels are nice to have, but the reality is they're exactly the same as ZCP wheels, save for a 1/2 inch on the front rim.

The fact that the car is LeMans blue should absolutely bring a premium when it sells....no doubt about it. But your starting point is way off.

Good luck to you.

Raining on my parade is exactly what you are trying to do. My asking price is right between KBB private party value and KBB retail. The reason for that is that it is an individual car and has the CSL wheels. I dont think that i am way off base on my asking price. After all, its just a starting point!! :chair: Thats why I said i would consider reasonable offers! You are not interested in the car, so why this :bs: ??

BTW- ya, CSL wheels are almost exactly the same as the ZCPs. But they are not exactly the same. And they sell for a premium (around 3k) which is alot more than zcp's go for.

nice looking car. great package.

As much as we'd like to recoop most of our money in these sales, you really have to price it for sale if you want a sale. I'm saying this out of experience.

good luck on your sale.

Ya, I know what you are saying. I have a auto broker working on it for me. he seems to think he can move it for around 44k. Hopefully that will work out for me.
