Selling my '97 M3/4. She's young with 57,5k miles. I am the third owner. All adult-owned. I have maintenance records. This car has been babied and is truly a gem amongst its e36 peers.

Here are the specs...
Hellrot red, 5-speed, no lux package, sunroof, manual seats, no ski-pass or fold-down rear seats, basic OBC, cruise control, etc.

Performance:
Dinan CAI
Dinan TB
Dinan HFM
Dinan Exhaust
Dinan Stage 4 Software
Dinan Stage 1 Suspension
X-brace
M50 manifold swap
Gauge cluster under OBC includes oil temp, oil pressure, EV
///M Sport 3-spoke steering wheel

Audio:
Boston Acoustic interior speakers throughout
2 10" Boston Acoustic subs in custom trunk enclosure
2 Boston Acoustic amps to power everything
Alpine single CD head unit

The prior owner was an American Airlines pilot, and this was one of his many toy cars. He was meticulous and had all of the tasteful mods done to his exacting specifications. Gauges were used to ensure oil temps were in proper range before getting on the throttle. I am serious when I say this car has been cared for very well. Car looks completely stock. Audio system is not at all overbearing. It sounds crisp and clean, as a $4k system should.

I tracked the car once. I dyno'd it once. ~240whp = ~280 at the crank.

I purchased the car in May 2005 and have put 15k miles on it since. Recently replaced all 4 tires. Last fall I replaced all 4 rotors and pads with Performance Friction Z-Rated. Regular maintenance has been performed according to the book.

Moving from NC to the Bay area in June and trying to reduce expenses. Asking $22,5k. Serious inquires only. This is a fabulous example of a beautiful e36 M3 sedan and not overpriced based on my research. There are over $10k worth of tasteful upgrades on this car. All Dinan work was done by a certified BMW shop with records.

PM me with questions or if interested. Not really looking for trades, but I'm always open to the thought.
