I'm the second owner, the first was in the Miami area...so this is a Florida car. Very clean, well maintained, and well cared for. No accidents.
The car has lived a 'mild' life...no tracks, driving events, not even a good mountain run. The roads here are pretty much all flat and straight, so it's rare that the car is ever really 'utilized' to it's full capability.
All service is up to date, all open campaigns have been completed. Serviced only at BMW dealers.

rwm514 - you made my heart skip a beat! I would love to trade, but I want to take a year or so off before I get into my next car...which will likely be a Porsche. If I did anything now, the Porsche would would suffer the same fate the M3 is...which means sitting around without getting driven much. Your car is quite a site....and quite tempting....

Looks like you won't be driving this one back...
I've had a couple of low ball offers, and let me make this clear...this is not the car to low ball on. It's been very well cared for and is in great shape, still has CPO warranty left and the miles are MORE than reasonable. AND, most importantly, I haven't ragged the snot out of it...it's lived a pretty mild life...it's only on the second set of rear tires and there's still plenty of life left in them....that gives you a good indication of how it's been driven. If you're looking for an E46 M3 under <30k...I'm not going entertain your offers.

No xenons....the only options on the car are leather and harmon kardon...only purists need apply! :)
I've debated about getting aftermarket xenons...but then I never really drive much at night anyway...so it was never a priority.

Good luck with the sale...you shouldn't have a problem. the primary difference between yours and mine is that you have premium pack...which I don't. Most people seem to want a sunroof and the extra 'stuff'. Personally I prefer a more stripped down version...it took me many months to find this car on the used market as there's not many M3s without premium pack out there...

Glad to hear it...add the CSL front clip and it will be exactly where it needs to be in terms of looks. Have you been riding around with the windows down a bit to hear the exhaust?
